Terms & Conditions

1 – About Studeni and these Terms

Studeni AB, corporate ID no. 559524‑2164 (“Studeni,” “we,” “us”), operates a web‑based platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate notes, questions, feedback and other study tools (the “Service”). By creating an account or
otherwise using the Service, you (“you,” the “User”) accept these Terms of Service.

2 – Description of the Service

The Service is provided through our website and allows private customers to upload their own study material, obtain AI‑generated study resources and track their progress. We continually develop new features; current content and
pricing are always presented at www.studeni.se (or any other domain we specify).

3 – Account and eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement, or else have guardian consent. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your login credentials. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or applicable law—without prior notice if the breach is serious.

4 – Free trial and subscription

Every new user receives a free 14‑day trial period. If you do not cancel by the last day of the trial, the account automatically converts to a pre‑paid monthly subscription. The subscription continues until further notice and is billed in advance for each period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect from the next billing date, and you retain access for the remainder of the already‑paid period.

5 – Prices and payment

Current prices, any discounts and accepted payment methods are stated on our website and may be updated. Price changes take effect only at the next billing period and will be announced at least 30 days in advance. Payment is
processed by Stripe Payments Europe.

6 – Right of withdrawal (distance contracts)

Because the Service begins with a free trial period, we fulfill the 14‑day right‑of‑withdrawal requirement under Swedish distance‑contract law and the EU Digital Content Directive. If you continue after the trial period, you are deemed
to have requested immediate delivery of digital content, which means the right of withdrawal then lapses.

7 – Licence to your content

You retain all intellectual‑property rights to the material you upload. To operate the Service, you grant Studeni a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to store, analyse and technically process your material solely to deliver
the Service to you. We neither review nor share your content with third parties unless required by law.

8 – Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:violate the law, copyright or the rights of third parties;publish, share or upload illegal, offensive, pornographic, hateful or misleading content;attempt to bypass security, reverse‑engineer or overload the Service in an improper way.We reserve the right to immediately suspend accounts that violate the above.

9 – Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” AI‑generated material is for guidance only, and we make no warranty as to its accuracy or suitability for any specific purpose. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, Studeni’s total liability is
limited to the amount you have paid for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10 – Termination and deletion of account

You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings or by contacting us. If you also want your personal data and content deleted, contact us and we will assist in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11 – Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms when we launch new features or due to legal requirements. For material changes, we will notify you by email or within the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service
after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12 – Dispute resolution and governing law

Please contact us first if you have a complaint—we always try to find a solution. If a dispute remains, Swedish law applies and disputes are settled by the public courts of Sweden, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first
instance. Consumers may also refer a dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or use the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).

13 – Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@studeni.se.s and control, manage and use the Services on Customer’s behalf. Customer shall be responsible for all acts and omissions of its Users.
